Shipping policy

Squiggle and Play Crayons will be on a short break. Orders can still be placed; however will not be posted/available for pick up until 21st November

To ensure the best-possible quality, all crayons are made-to-order, so please allow for 2-3 business days for order processing (not including weekends and public holidays). 

All orders are sent via Australia Post and including tracking details. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once items have been handed over to Australia Post, they are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. 

Orders are sent from Melbourne, Victoria. Australia Post estimated delivery times can be found here. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post Parcel Post. 

Shipping costs are $10 for orders under 500g, and $15 for orders over 500g. 

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available to those in the Melbourne area. Items will need to be collected from Diggers Rest (3427). 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, if you are located outside of Australia and are interested in placing an order, please get in touch and we would be happy to seek out shipping options and provide a quote. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Squiggle and Play Crayons is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at SquiggleAndPlayCrayons@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
